The Crystal Hall is a strategic new entry to the historically and culturally significant Australian Museum – accessible to all, re-engaging William Street, increasing exhibition space and significantly improving internal circulation. The crystalline pleated screen balances the need for transparency (showcase) with environmental management – recasting the museum as an open public living room.
